1. Agreement to Terms

By using The Juice Box Journal (“the Service”), operated by Really Random Studio, LLC (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Juice Box Journal is a personalized print magazine service for children. You provide details about a child, we use AI technology to generate personalized content and illustrations, you review and approve the content, pay for the magazine, and we print and ship it to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By placing an order, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized gift-giver for the child featured in the magazine, and that you have the right to provide the information and photos submitted.

4. User Content & Submissions

  • You retain ownership of all information and photos you submit.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for creating your magazine and fulfilling your order.
  • You represent that you have the right to submit all content, including photos of identifiable individuals.
  • We will not use your content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your explicit consent.
  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Magazine content (articles, stories, horoscopes, jokes, illustrations) is generated using artificial intelligence.
  • While we employ editorial quality controls, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected phrasing, or imperfect illustrations.
  • You have the opportunity to review and approve all content before placing your order. By approving content and placing an order, you accept the content as-is.
  • AI-generated illustrations are artistic interpretations and may not perfectly resemble the individuals in uploaded photos.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • The current price for a printed magazine is $34.99, which includes printing and standard shipping within the United States.
  • Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
  • All sales are in US Dollars (USD).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Magazines are printed on demand and typically ship within 5-7 business days of order placement.
  • Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Refunds & Returns

  • Because each magazine is custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
  • If your magazine arrives damaged or with a significant printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents content generation or results in clearly broken content, contact us for a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Juice Box Journal brand, website design, and underlying technology are owned by Really Random Studio, LLC.
  • AI-generated content in your magazine is created for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may share photos of your magazine on social media but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the content commercially.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Random Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, that illustrations will perfectly match uploaded photos, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
